Room in a Shared House, Brewery Road, SE18

Hello Everyone,

We are looking for 2 friendly and tidy housemates to join our cozy house share just a few minutes from Plumstead station. Until Sept /Oct 2020, the two available rooms are advertised at a special discount and are now only £380pcm including bills.

GIRLS STRONGLY PREFERRED, TENANTS IN THEIR 20s ONLY 

The bathrooms have just been refurbished and super slick,with stone tiles, new showers and toilets and retro touches - think Stockholmmirrors and matt gold faucets

The house also has a spacious retro-style kitchen and abright and airy lounge/dining area. There is also a bike storage area and a lowmaintenance garden for those of you with a green thumb and some imagination.

This has historically been a very a friendly and communalhouse share and therefore meeting the prospective housemates and finding out ifthey are a good fit is very important to us. Some of the people in the housecook together from time to time, have a Netflix night in (more so now) in or goto a pub for a social drink (maybe not so much now). We also like to keep ourhome clean so we are looking for someone tidy who has lived in house sharesbefore.

Some of us have busy work and study schedules, so we arealso looking for people who are reasonably quiet and mindful of others,especially after 11pm. This is not a party house and we want to keep it thatway.

The house is made up of a lovely group of English, Europeanand Brazilian students and young professionals in their early / mid 20s. Wewould like to keep it that way and hence we put the maximum age of our (Email Removed After Let) HMO reasons, we cannot accept couples, pets children orother types of sharers (friends, relatives, etc). Non-smokers are stronglypreferred.
