Unfortunately one of our housemates decided it was time to buy her own home hence the add :-).

- lovely sash windows almost floor to ceiling height (lovely in the summer!)
- Has solid oak wood flooring (easy to clean)
- has it's own sofa!!
- All bills are included in the rent - (internet, water, gas, electricity, council tax, phone line, includes street parking)
The room comes with it's own private entrance in the house, so it's perfect for someone who would like to live a little more of an independent life.
We are situated in Brockley - Closest station is Brockley Overground
- 8 minutes to London Bridge
- 10 to Canada Water
- Direct routes to Highbury and Islington
- Goldsmiths is just a 10 minute walk or a two minute train journey!
- Doctors etc.. just 5 minutes away
There are lovely local family run restaurants and pubs to chose from. Shops including sainsbury's and Tesco's around the corner.
