Room in a Shared House, Bovill Road, SE23

We are looking for a friendly, clean and responsible housemate to rent a spare room in Honor Oak park. The house is an old Victorian terraced house comprising of 3 floors.

THE ROOM
A large spacious partly furnished double room, with a built-in wardrobe, dressing table and bookshelf cabinet; with enough space left for a sofa without making the room feel cramped. Located on the top floor, the room boasts a high ceiling and 2 large windows overlooking a quiet residential street.

THE HOUSE
A shared large and spacious family bathroom with shower. A large shared kitchen which has been recently renovated with dishwasher and storage for housemate. There is also a washing machine and dryer located next to the main bathroom. A garden that needs a little tlc, a cleaner that comes fortnightly (communal areas only) and free street parking.

THE AREA
There are a number of local shops and amenities including a Sainsbury’s Local. If you are a foodie or you like to go out for a drink after work, there are several pubs, bistros & restaurants nearby. As well as the local amenities, there are also a few local parks and the house is within walking distance of Horniman museum & Gardens, with east Dulwich Picturehouse a short bus ride away.

If you are a student the house is ideally located for Goldsmith's University, University of Greenwich and Southbank University.

TRANSPORT
The house has good transport links with Honor Oak Park a 5-10 min walk away, offering great links into London Bridge, Victoria, Waterloo, East Croydon, Canada Water, Shoreditch and Highbury & Islington. Forest Hill and Crofton Park are also close by.
