Room in a Shared House, Bournbrook Road, SE3

We have available 1 double bedroom on the ground floor. It is furnished with a double bed, a large wardrobe and plenty of storage space.

The house has a massive, lovely and very green garden with some garden furniture, lots of plants and a barbecue for everyone's use. There is also a big living room with TV, PS3, PS4 and a conservatory/ dining room with a door to the garden.

Kitchen is fully equipped including dishwasher with a lot of storage. Bathroom has a bathtub, toilet is separate. There is also plenty of storage in the attic if needed.

We're looking for someone who will fit our friendly, relaxed and CLEAN house. All 5 we're good friends, helping each other out, enjoying spending some time together, playing board games, listen to music, having barbecues, an occasional drink etc.. but we also respect other's privacy and space. The new flatmate will definitely have to help us to maintain the house clean and clean after him/herself. Strictly no smoking inside. Pets are welcome but please note that we already have 2 guinea pigs and 2 cats.

The room is available from 24th July. Everyone is welcome for a viewing - surely you won't get disappointed! :)

Bus stop is just 1 min away and it takes ~15min to get to North Greenwich station, Jubilee line, zone 2. You can also walk 10min to Kidbrooke station.

Price is £680 all bills included (can be paid weekly), 3 weeks notice. deposit £300.

The room can be FURNISHED or UNFURNISHED at your own liking.
