Room in a Shared House, Bournbrook Road, SE3

We have available 1 single bedroom on the 1st floor. Room is freshly painted, furnished with new bed, dressing table that can be used as a desk, mirror and has a built in wardrobe. Furniture can be added or removed on request.

House has a big lovely, very green garden with some garden furniture and barbecue for everyone's use. There is also a big living room with TV, PS3 and a conservatory/dining room with an exit to the garden.

Kitchen is fully equipped including dishwasher with a lot of storage. Bathroom has a bathtub, toilet is separate. There is also plenty of storage in the attic if needed.

We're looking for someone who will fit our friendly, relaxed and CLEAN house. All 5 we're good friends, helping each other out, enjoying spending some time together, playing board games, having barbecue etc but we also respect other's privacy and space. New flatmate will definitely have to help us to maintain the house clean and clean after him/herself. Strictly no smoking inside. Pets are welcome but please note that we already have 2 guinea pigs and 2 cats.

Single room is available from 1st May. Everyone is welcome for a viewing, surely you won't get disappointed!

Bus stop is just 1 min away and it takes ~15min to get to North Greenwich station, Jubilee line, zone 2. You can also walk 10min to Kidbrooke station.

Price is £550 all bills included, deposit £250, 2 weeks notice.
