Hello, we've got 3 rooms available in a house in Colindale, Student Friendly too and pet friendly as well.

A tenant living here who's wishing to move out earlier than the end of the contract is trying to find replacements.

• Close to Middlesex University, which is 15 min walk or a short 5-8 min bus ride that you can get in front of the tube station.
  

3 minute walk to Colindale station which is the Northern line, great access to central London.

Lots of convenience stores and grocery shops, like co op and sainsbury and a 24hr asda.

In relation to bills, Gas is FREE for you until July or August

Electricity costs each person in the house 10 pounds a month, roughly.

Internet has already been set up with the fastest available for this area, and ends up being around 7.50 pounds a month each.

All 3 rooms are on the ground floor, with the 2 rooms upstairs being occupied already by two female students.

All 3 rooms have their own bathrooms/ en-suite , good storage and a small desk and chair.

Spacious kitchen, 1 big fridge and freezer and 1 small fridge. 

There's space in the driveway for 2 cars, and a good sized backyard.
