Currently there’s an a female 32, who works in conflict resolution/NGO, a lovey Japanese woman who loves all things vintage and the landlord (m40, British-Indian), who is more like a housemate. He freelances in the non-profit sector & often away travelling. 

There's also a lovely cat who has a very sweet nature.

The house has a lovely garden, a large well equipped kitchen, living room space with two toilets and fast BT broadband.

The area

It’s a vibrant area with green open spaces, river Lea, canal boats, independent cafes, several health food shops, thrift stores & organic farmers market.

The immediate area is orthodox Jewish and very safe. You're 10 minutes walk from Church St N16 and 20 minutes from Dalston. Zone two underground is 15 minutes walk away. Trains and busses are 10 minutes walk.

Cycle into the city in only 20 minutes.
