A room has become available in our friendly Victorian house on a quiet tree lined road in Brockley near Telegraph Hill Park. It is on the ground floor at the back with high ceiling, wooden floors, a double bed, storage & a desk. 

Alex (the landlord) & his partner live on the top floor. Alex runs a hedge fund and is away a lot of the time in France and Germany. The existing housemates are friendly, kind, enjoy a quiet life (it's not a party house) and keep the property clean and tidy. Sorry, not suitable for DSS or pets.
