I am in the process of selling my property however I have been messed about so there maybe a chance to extend the term longer than 2 months. The property is a maisonette so two floors and has its own entrance, however there is a communal secure entrance into the building, one has to use an entry phone within the flat to let any guests in. It is above a very convenient shop only 5minutes walk down to Streatham High street where there are many shops, restaurants and bars. 20minutes or less by bus to Brixton Tube, or one can take the train from Streatham Hill directly to Victoria. There is also a lovely park nearby which has an outdoor gymn and tennis courts. One can also access Tulse Hill via the park which is a train station taking you to the city, Luton airport and more. It is in a very quiet residential area.
