Room in a Shared House, Abbotsford Avenue, N15

We have one room available in our delightful house. This is a large house over three floors; each floor has a bathroom. We have a large sofa area in the kitchen and a separate living room. We have a huge dining table that needs to be put to more use, so great cooks are welcome:)

The room is located on the ground floor with its own bathroom adjacent to the room.

There is a large back garden which was a lifesaver during lock-down. We have accumulated a makeshift gym for use. Otherwise, it's excellent for for BBQ's.

House currently comprises of a mixture from ages from 24-35

We are all professionals and work similar hours Monday to Friday. We are looking for someone respectful and friendly and likes to socialise with the rest of the house.

We are a tidy bunch, and everyone does their bit; we also have a cleaner of 3 hours per week included in the rent for communal areas and bathrooms.

All bills included in the rent including Virgin TV, water, electric and gas, cleaner. We have gaming speed WiFi 1000mbps and an upgraded high volume router, which suits the WFH environment.

We also have a house cat Franklin, who believes he owns the house;)
