Excellent transport links - 5min walk to Queens Road Peckham for the overground/ 10 min train to London Bridge; 12min walk to Nunhead station for 20minute train to Victoria; lots of buses easily accessible from Old Kent Road and Queens Road.

Happy to consider Mon-Fri let, but rent would remain the same. Bills are around £100 a month.
