Local Transport; Buses, DLR & Rail are a short walk; 
- 12-17 mins to underground lines @Canning Town, West Ham &Stratford.
- 22-26 mins to London Bridge, Bank, Waterloo &Canary Wharf.  
- Journey time to City Airport is 5 mins by DLR.  
- Thames Clipper boat is 5mins &excepts Oyster (Woolwich to Westminster).

- Crossrail/The Elizabeth Line will be a short walk once complete, getting to Canary Wharf in 7 mins, Liverpool St. in 14mins, Bond St. in 21 and Paddington in 25mins. It will also run directly to Heathrow Airport, in under 50mins.


If unfamiliar, Royal Arsenal is a few mins walk with; Tesco Express, M&S Foodhall, Sainsbury's Local, The Dial-Arch gastropub, The Guardhouse, Taproom Bar, Boulangerie Jade (all day brunch), and Con Gusto, a modern Italian. There are also seasonal, fortnightly weekend Farmers' Markets, as well as the nearby Royal Resistance fitness suite and Waterfront Leisure Center, which has modern gym facilities/courts/pools, and a number of other local gyms.


There are no admin/agency fees, though you will need;

Deposit - 1 month advance rent with 1 weeks' rent as security - subsequent rent paid weekly/monthly via standing-order.
Would prefer somebody more long-term as a flatmate, that said, we'd trial a 2/3-month period initially, so everyone's happy.
Preferably somebody of a calm/chilled/respectful nature, which is what I consider myself.
