super convenient located flat shared with another two professionals. Two bathrooms - one is en suite. So you only need to share the big bathroom with another one. We are two girls here working in education industry- full time professionals.
We are very quiet and respect our flatmates. Friendly and considerate. We share one kitchen and hardly anyone who can be bothered to cook. Coffee time to have a chat or cook some simple noodles etc.

No living room in this flat and the £850 covers water, council tax, wifi bills. Gas and electricity shared by 3 of us- average £25 in summer. £40 in winter per head. So it less than £900 monthly.

Ideal flatmate will be a quiet and mature professional or student. This room is fully equipped suitable for a clean and well organized person.

Smoke is strictly prohibited in the flat but you can smoke outside the building.
