A ground floor flat located in a fob-secured building, the building benefits from 24/7 porter, newly renovated pool, jacuzzi, sauna and a small gym. Also, free underground gated parking.

Images do not really do the apartment justice. Having lived in 4 different apartments myself in London, living here truly is great. 3-4 minutes from Big Ben, St. James Park and 5 min from Victoria Station. The apartment is very quiet and all rooms face the private patio / gardens.

The available room has a double bed, built in wardrobes and a few shelves. + bedside tables. The room has access to the large bathroom with a lovely bathtub. Since I have an on-suite, I rarely (if ever) use the other bathroom. Bathrooms + kitchen was renovated recently in modern minimalistic design.

I travel plenty for work and leisure, at times I will be gone for several months. This means you will have this apartment for yourself a lot of the time. When I am there, I work from home, happily invite friends over to host dinners or similar. Observe, the building has an 11pm "respectable sound level policy", ergo, no garden parties can be thrown etc.

I am looking for a mature and respectful individual that will take care of this place as if it was their own. This is a Monday to Friday let.

Cleanliness is important to me, ergo, it needs to be important to you as well.

Rent includes all bills.

Move-in from May.
