The room has big built-in wardrobes, anight table and a double bed with underneath storage, which is handy andspace-saving.

There is a modern kitchen with integratedappliances such as digital microwave, oven and hobs, a dishwasher and a washerdrier. It also has big windows with a stunning view!

The separate living room has a dining tablewith chairs, a big comfy 3-sits sofa and a separate armchair, plus a lowertable.

The bathroom has a sink with a sensor-led lightmirror, a bathtub with shower use and a toilet. The water pressure is nice andpowerful.

There is also a small storage to keepappliances like the iron, clothes-airer, etc.

About the current flatmate:

A (young-ish) professional lady working infilm, passionate about foreign languages and literature, who also like to keepbusy and fit with indoor and outdoor activities.

Expectations on the new flatmate:

The flat is being kept tidy and super-cleanso I’m looking for someone who’s happy to take good care of it on a regularbasis as much as I do.

Someone who’s nice and considerate andwho’d be happy to keep separate, independent lives but who’s also down for havinga chat and sharing a glass from time to time – without pressure or constraints!😊

About the area:

The flat is located 3 minutes’ walk fromEast Putney Underground station and 5/6 minutes from Putney Railway Station(South-Western trains). A little Waitrose and a bigger Sainsbury’s are a fewminutes’ away, alongside many amenities, restaurants and pubs. Nando’s, PizzaExpress and Domino’s are just opposite the building, and so is the Pure Gym,whenever you need to burn those extra calories!

The living-out landlord is accommodatingand responsive, and handles the property directly except for the admin sidewho’s currently handled by an agency at no cost for the tenant.

The deposit amount is actually 1,176.9 - sorry, it wouldn't let me put it right.
