Property is situated nice area, convenient Liverpool street, Bricklane ,Spitafields market, 5minutes from Liverpool st tube station, Aldgate east 5mn walk, Shoerditch over ground is about 7mn walk.
Female non smoker preferred. Vegetarian is a plus but not a must, I'm ok with people who eat meat, I just rather not been awaken by the smell of bacon in the morning :-)
There is a Sainsburry literally across the court yard and a gym 100 meters away.
The room is very bright and spacious and it would be almost like having your own studio flat except that the bathroom and kitchen would be shared with me.
The bathroom is very modern with bath and shower and has been redone last June. I'm looking for someone who could stay a minimum of 6 months or more.
