Cost

Rent is currently set at £900pcm excl bills (although this can be flexible and can reduce depending on length of your tenancy and type contract e. g. Mon-Fri).

Bills will be split between us and aren't expensive given it's a new build and is subject to discounted rates. On average you should expect to pay roughly £100-120pcm.

About me [warning sounds like a dating profile]

Laid back, young professional (30) who works in music. Looking to rent out a spare double bedroom (two bed two bathrooms flat in East Village, Stratford available from the end of March (current flatmate is moving out). I would prefer someone of a similar age to myself, who is reasonably tidy, outgoing, independent and relaxed.
Outside of work, I am interested in sport, music and going out and it would be good to share with someone who broadly shares some of those interests. On the weekends I like to enjoy myself, going out with friends etc. I tend to go out in Hackney Wick, Dalston & Shoreditch and travel a lot. Don't want the flat to be a real party house but I do want it to be fun, and hopefully have chilled Sundays cooking roasts, watching movies and chilling.
