The property
The flat is a very generous sized new build with lots of storage space.
It has a large kitchen/living area with a super comfy Loaf sofa and also has an office, so there is plenty of space to work from home. There would also be space for a desk in the bedroom.

Hot water is centralised to the development so you'll never have the surprise of a cold shower.

The people in the development are mostly young professionals and the neighbours are friendly.

The other tenant in the property is my brother, and is laid back, sociable and into music. He is the only other tenant in the property however his girlfriend spends a lot of time there too.

The area
There is a Co-op located on the side of the development next to the road which is super handy, and there is a big Sainsbury's a 5 minute bus ride/10 minute walk away.
The flat is a 20 min walk/8 min cycle from Walthamstow central where there are lots of nice pubs, restaurants and shops as well as the William Morris Gallery where there is a farmer's market on Saturdays
It's a 20 min walk/8 min cycle from Blackhorse Road where there are lots of coffee shops and breweries (Wild Card, Signature Brew, Truman Social) and a bouldering wall (Yonder).
There's also another bouldering wall (Stronghold) in Tottenham Hale, a 15 min cycle away.
The flat is also near the North Circular for easy access to areas outside of London but also lots of big supermarkets/DIY shops.
Transport connections are great, most areas of London are very accessible:
There is a bus to Blackhorse Road and Walthamstow Central stations which are both served by the Victoria Line as well as to St James St and Walthamstow Central stations served by separate overground lines.
There are also cycle lanes around the whole area making it very accessible to cycle.
It's also very conveniently located for Stansted airport (you can get the Stansted express from Tottenham Hale).
There are a lot of green spaces near the flat- 10 min walk to Lloyd Park and 15 min walk to Walthamstow Wetlands and Reservoirs, as well as being a 10 min walk from the canal leading all the way to Hackney which is a really nice weekend walk.
