Hiya, I’m renting out a cosy double guest bed in the open-plan living area of my mezzanine apartment. It’s a comfortable pull-out sofa bed that’s set up for a good night’s sleep - ideal for someone simply looking for a clean, welcoming place to rest their head at night. I’m a friendly, tidy, live-in landlady working in communications, and I like to keep a relaxed, respectful home.

This is a unique setup so would best suit another woman looking for either a short-term stay, or a commuter looking for somewhere part-time to sleep and store some of their belongings in London each month.

For comfort and compatibility, this arrangement is for women-only. Not suitable for those working from home.

SETUP:
You’ll have the double guest bed downstairs along with a room divider for privacy and your own toilet on the same floor. For storing belongings and clothes there are 2 chests of drawers as well as door hooks.

The lounge and kitchen are shared areas, including the upstairs shower which is located through my room – so this arrangement works best for someone easy-going and respectful.

Either a commuter who comes into London a few nights a week and wants a safe, central base with space to leave some bits here
