Hey guys I have a small double room to rent out. The apartment is conveniently located two bedroom modern apartment. Open plan with sleek gloss integrated kitchen, spacious lounge / dining space and a contemporary bathroom.
In the heart of the hustle and bustle of New Cross and Deptford.

Easily accessible to Greenwich to explore the park, markets and shops. It’s perfect for runners - there’s Fordham Park behind the flat, Ravensbourne Park a 10 minute jog away, Greenwich Park is 15 minute jog as is Blackheath.
Ample amounts of lovely pubs nearby - the Royal Albert which is opposite has a jazz night on a Sunday and serves a fabulous roast. The Rose serves a great selection of wines and gin. The newly developed arches by Deptford station has an unbeatable selection of bars, restaurants and shops - Little Nans is a really fun cocktail bar there!

Transport links are excellent, allowing you to be in the city in approximately 10 minutes of leaving the flat (an approximate 3 minute walk to the station and 5 minutes to London Bridge)

Local buses are also direct from New Cross taking you to Brixton and Vauxhall.
The entire building has only 4 apartments and is secured by 24 hours camera, so it is very safe. All neighbours are around 30 young people, very friendly and super helpful.
