The flat comes with its own private gated parking space which I do not currently use so would be entirely yours & is OUTSIDE CONGESTION CHARGE ZONE. Room faces onto back of the flat and is wonderfully peaceful which affords a great nights sleep.

Ideally seeking a professional independent female who wants a comfortable place to live and is happy to share a homely and tidy space. The flat has a relaxed, sociable vibe - catch up over the odd mid week dinner rather than party central. 

You would be living with me a warm friendly 42 yo queer female professional that works in Battersea Power Station 3 days a week, working from home some Mondays & Fridays. I travel a lot so would not always be here so you would also have the flat to yourself at least one weekend a month and I have an active social life outside of the flat enjoying the culture of London. Interests include theatre, good food & movies (there actually is a cinema right next to the flat which offers £5 tickets on weekdays).

General Bills are included in rent (Broadband, TV Streamers, Electricity, Gas, Water rates, Council Tax etc)

Cleaner is an additional £25.50 once a fortnight and they change bedding, clean all areas thoroughly.

Transport:

Loads of regular buses to Brixton tube station, Clapham, Tooting Bec and buses which go directly to Central London / Oxford Street / Marble Arch etc. As well as a night bus route from Central London which drops off directly near the flat.

Streatham Hill - 6mins walk with overground trains into Battersea Park, Clapham Junction, Victoria

Streatham - 10mins walk with overground trains to St Pancras International, Blackfriars, Luton Airport
