Room in a Shared Flat, Stangate, SE1

Hi All,

Flat is very spacious compared to normal central London spaces. 1 Room Available in a 2 bedroom flat from Jan 4th, 2020 (date slightly negotiable) to share with a fun & outgoing female Canadian worldwide travelling athlete type lol  Prefer to live with a female.

The room is large double and is semi-furnished and has a big built in 2 door closet, & your own double balcony doors which over looks the Parliament Buildings beside Big Ben and the London Eye . Room can be semi-furnished as is (double bed and 2 side drawers) or unfurnished however the bed is a very comfortable double. 
 
The first picture is as the Young British Historian Tour guide that I live with has it now with all his beautiful paintings and artifacts from around the world. You can add or take away any of the basic furnishings I provide as you choose so it is a blank canvas for you. (He will repaint the wall before he leaves so no hole's from all the pictures)

About me:
I love to cook, dance, watch movies with Netflix binges when able, worldwide traveler playing all sports but mainly rugby.  Love badminton, and even now even trying golf, so anything active really. I am a social butterfly but I like my quiet time at home so I like to keep the partying/letting loose at home to a minimum, so mostly elsewhere as I don't want to live with an every day drinker-late nite daily partier-  Need some sleep during the week and I hope you do to

Honesty time: If we fit well, it would be nice to have a natter over some home cooked dinner or a film/Netflix binge when able coz after living with someone for a time friendships or roomateship's usually form which I think is a good thing.. Just want to feel comfy in my own home as I hope you will too.

Please note:
If you have a Bf/Gf, understand they are Not going to be moving in on a Daily or Every weekend basis, but of course can stay whenever as its your home to, but it think you get me drift.

** I know I sound bit of a prude with the above statement, but this mention has formed from previous people having people move right in with them due to location, and try and treat it like a drop in centre for all their friends with and after parties etc. and that I am not interested in living with.

So over night bags are foreseeable in the future lol & of course "non-regular" guest (family, out of town friends) stays are the norm for whatever visiting duration. It just gets a bit much when the flat is always filled.

Would like to live with someone that also travels away from the home sometimes (odd night or weekend), so your not always in 24-7 as I too will be away at times giving you your time in the flat for those special date or nights or just for you time.

PLUS's
* Westminster Bridge/Waterloo/Lambeth North Station are all under a 5 minute walk.
* Residents Parking Permit for street parking is available at a cost from Lambeth Council if required (not that expensive and congestion charge/ULEZ is reduced drastically to £1.05 a day).

Also there are many different gym choices within a 5 minute walk- 24hrs-Gym Group for @20.99 for example, and a out door park across from the building..

To save hassle with food issues, you also have your own fridge/freezer, there is a dishwasher and washing machine.

**Monday - Friday** only also welcome -all bills included with this & Rent Negotiable.

Full-time rent still to exclude council tax.(£60 per month), but all things in life are negotiable!  Looking for a longer term roomie where possible

No Couples, must be employed or have savings if a student due to management checks and smoking only on balcony. I love pets but none are allowed in building so its plants and fish or indoor animals only -& sorry no snakes!
