My side hobbies include the occasional gaming, building and fixing computers and mentoring in learning how to code. I also enjoy meditation as a form of stress relief and focus training.

About you: Ideally you are someone who is in a personal growth stage, currently working or studying part time, and would appreciate a living space that is supportive, calm and inviting. You appreciate a tidy space and are happy to make an effort to upkeep the apartment and maintain cleanliness, in all parts of the apartment as well as in the communal areas of the building. Please note that the room is only for single occupancy. Short stays of friends/family are fine but anything longer must be discussed with the landlord prior.

Transport: Ideally located for both getting in to and out of any part of London, with overground and national rail services close by, the apartment is a 7 min walk away to Waddon rail station or a 10 min bike/bus ride to West or East Croydon station from where trains will take you either into the heart of London to London Bridge or out to Gatwick airport both in 15 mins, or from London Victoria to home in 35 mins.
