Its a 4 bdroom flat on the 1st floor of an apartment block. 

Were all in our 30s so looking for someone ideally around the same age 30 to 40.

The location is very good less than 10 minutes walk to Seven Sister station (Victoria Line & Overground). The 67 bus stop is outside the flat and the bus stop for buses to Manor House and Central London is 3 minutes away. Buses are available 24 hours to Central London.
The flat has Wi-Fi broadband Internet, Washing Machine, Fridge and gas central heating with double glazed windows. The flat has a very large communal garden for use of tenants.
It is a very quiet flat with good working people living in it and a good atmosphere. There is a shared fully fitted kitchen/diner and bathroom.

This is a shared flat with a cleaner visiting weekly to clean the common areas of the house. Any tenants who are interested in the room MUST be clean and tidy, able to clean after themselves. Tenants must also respect the flat, the other people living in the flat and understand that it a shared flat. Please do not apply if you cannot meet this requirement.
A variety of Shops, Cafes, Supermarkets, Retail Park Shopping Centre and a Leisure Centre with gym & swimming pool are also within a very short walking distance of the flat.
