Room in a Shared Flat, St Anns Rd, SW13

Its a two bedroom flat with two bathrooms. the bedroom for rent has open doors to a backyard but has morning sun! :). also the room has a next door private shower and wc room.  There is a decent sized living room and small kitchen.  both bedrooms have own private Sky Q tv with multiple channels with sports and films etc.  Within 100m is a M&S Food Hall; a Sainsbury's and a COOK shop. so all the right food shopping is right on hand. we are also situated approx 200m from the River Thames in Barnes.  Long walk along the Embankment.
I am into retail design, having spent a long career in advertising. I am semi retired but really enjoy work as it keeps me genuinely active and alive!  I have four kids and enjoy their company immensely.
I am looking for someone who enjoys their own privacy, perhaps creative leanings and needs a room with own bathroom.
