I am renting out the remaining 6 months of my 12 month contract at Keybridge Vauxhall. I have the double en-suite master bedroom in this duplex penthouse on the 7th floor of this new build development with a 24/h concierge, lifts, and gym. The apartment is exactly 5/6 minutes from Vauxhall station and has a massive Sainsbury's 3 minutes away, a few cafe's across the street, and Vauxhall park a second away.
My contract ends the 23rd of August, 2019 but there is an option to extend if you choose, although that is not necessary. Payments are made 3 months upfront. You would legally take over my contract from management (although we could find a way to work privately together if you prefer).
The apartment is fully furnished. My room has a shower and a separate bathtub. There are 4 built in wardrobes with lighting, floor to ceiling windows flooding with light, and a private terrace with views of The Shard and Canary Wharf. Upstairs there is a washer dryer, massive modern kitchen, living space, TV, and balcony.
The current housemates are two professionals working on their own startups. One housemate is an Italian guy who is 24 , the other is a Colombian girl who is 23. Both are incredibly neat, considerate, and easy to get along with. They enjoy travel, cooking, watching Netflix, and socializing.
