THE FLAT
-The flat has a separate living room, fully equipped kitchen, main bathroom, separate WC.
-All bills are included, so there is no need to worry about paying for council tax, electric, gas, water or wifi. We also have a regular professional cleaner.
THE AREA
-Limehouse (DLR) & Stepney Green Underground (District & Hammersmith & City Lines) are closeby, as well as various nightbuses. There is also a large Asda supermarket closeby.
- Husk Creative Space / Gallery is closeby if you like coffee, art and great spaces to work & read.
- For meeting with friends, we recommend The Craft Beer Co that serves unique beers from around the world.

- Bedroom 3: Spacious room with a double bed & mattress, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair. All our rooms have bedroom locks and all bills inclusive.
There are 3 rooms in total in the flat, and only individuals permitted in each room. So you would be sharing the flat with 2 other professionals.
THE FLATMATES
- Leyla, 25 - Hey, I'm Leyla. I moved to London a few years ago and am an environmental consultant. I enjoy listening to music and watching films in my down time, as well as going on walks about town. I am almost always up for going to comedy gigs, grabbing a pint (or two) and trying out new restaurants with whoever is game. Excited to meet you! Leyla
- Fran, 27 - Hi, I’m Fran and I've moved from Sheffield to London. I’m Spanish and I teach French and Spanish in secondary schools. I enjoy learning from different cultures and languages. I’ve also been working as an English teacher in India for a couple of weeks in an orphanage. I’m quite easy-going, and enjoy going to the gym, walking, cycling and hiking. I like to go out for a drink once or twice a month if I’m not too tired from school. I hope we can learn from each other and have a lovely flat. Regards, Fran.
