The flat (little house as we call it) is peaceful location on a pedestrianised part of the street and is split over two floors, ground & first. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, laundry cupboard with tumble dryer. Downstairs there is another bedroom next to the kitchen and a separate downstairs toilet. There is further storage available under the stairs too. The best thing about this property, especially in the centre of London, is the garden which is great for BBQ's or working outside and has been a huge benefit during lock down.

It is located less than a 10 minute walk from both London Bridge and Borough stations, with a large number of buses running through the old Kent roundabout. Bike storage is available too.

The property really does have such a homely feel to it. We are really keen to have a home rather than a rental place and will be looking for a housemate who is sociable, clean and tidy. Students & young professionals equally welcome.
