About me: I am also a tenant, It used to be a full time Airbnb with over 300 positive reviews but, now 3 rooms are permanent tenants and one still on Airbnb. I'm into creative arts: writing, filmmaking, acting.

About the flat: Under 40's, quiet, everyone minds their own thing, NO LIVING ROOM, old council estate, quiet area. Next to primary school, 5 bedrooms, one room is mostly empty as it is Airbnb, 4 full time living tenants, One bathroom shared with 3. Extra separate toilet.

Available from August 10 or after - flexible.
