The flat has been recently refurbished and is in very good decorative order. The rent includes all bills/fiber optic internet/BT sport/Sky Sport/Netflix/Amazon Prime etc. also includes a professional cleaner.
We are two easy going professional lads (Lawyer/Accountant), laid back and looking for similar mindset to rent the spare double room. Its a clean, tidy and conscientious flat. We both enjoy our sports (hence the full suite of sports media) and a pint or two if we ever get our of lockdown. Its a social house and very much has a home feel to it. We also have our own space, as both currently working from home which works quite well as the flat is so large.

The flat has a fantastic location, 3 min walk to Limehouse DLR (8 mins into Bank) and 15m walk to Canary Wharf. Well serviced by local bus routes and shops all on the doorstep. There is a pure gym next door (less than 1 min walk).

One month's rent as deposit. Recommend viewing as the photos of the room are limited due to the current flatmate not moved out yet but it is a very large and spacious room in a very large flat.
