We are looking for a great human to join our flat in the heart of Hackney (short walk to Broadway market, London Fields, bars, cafes, everything).
PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A SHORT TERM LEASE ONLY UNTIL END OF JAN 2021 (if you then wish to renew it shouldnt be a problem but all other flatmates will be leaving)
The rooms is a double, sunny, upstairs from kitchen & lounge. It's petite, but has a beautiful view of the canal and the central London skyline. The window is west-facing and you can see some quite spectacular sunsets.
The room is £600 + £73 bills monthly.
About the flatmates
We are an engaged couple from New Zealand & a stage manager (but currently working for NHS) from near London =). Carly, the stage manager, is a super warm and creative human who loves performing arts and biking. Mash (the girl of the couple) is into dance, church, outdoors, social enterprise and hanging out with people. Liam (the guy of the couple) is into biking, entrepreneurship and exploring new places. We are social & friendly, but also respect each other's chill time.
About you
Ideal new flatmates would be of similar age & stage in life. Social, ideally keen to share cooking a couple of days a week (we have been taking turns to cook with Gousto) & likes the idea of spending time together as a flat.
Move in date is ideally 9th of Nov 2020, however we could be flexible about this.
