the flat is on the first floor overlooking portpool lane, the building is within 5 minutes of both Chancery Lane and Farringdon stations area minutes away from underground and overground, Zone 1 (but with no noise!) so very central. The area is mostly populated by young professionals, as are our other tenants, with many bars, restaurants and gyms very nearby.
The place is best suited for professionals in their 20's working in the city, we are all busy but enjoy having chat at the end of the day and make time for dinner/drinks every now and then.
bills in the summer come to around £80pcm and include water, gas, electricity, internet and a fortnightly cleaner. Allow for slightly more in the winter. (council tax, water rates and Tv Licence is covered by our landlord)
within walking distnace of UCL, LSE and SOAS Unis and also about 10-15 minutes walk of Covent Garden, Thames river, Oxford Street etc
