Hi! I’m looking for a female flatmate to join me in a lovely 2-bed, 2-bath flat in Canning Town.

The flat is on the fourth floor of a modern apartment building, and the room available has access to the larger bathroom, which includes a bathtub and is located just outside the bedroom.

The flat is in a really convenient location - only a 3-minute walk to Canning Town station, with great transport links into Central London. I work in Waterloo and my commute is around 30 minutes door-to-door. There are also lots of shops, cafés, and essentials literally downstairs, which is super handy.

A little about me: I’m a year out of university and work full-time. I’m not a smoker or a big drinker, and I’m quite big on keeping the flat clean, calm, and homely. Looking for someone similar - ideally a working female flatmate who is friendly, considerate, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces :)

Rent for the flat is currently £2,200. The available room is £1,075 per month, as it’s slightly smaller. Bills usually come to around £50–£70 per month for WiFi, electricity, and water, plus council tax.
