Room in a Shared Flat, Poynter House, NW8

I’m sadly moving out after 2 great years in this flat, and I’m hoping to find a female tenant who’ll love it as much as I have. The room is a big, fully furnished double — really cozy and gets nice light during the day.

You’ll be sharing with two friendly professionals (one guy, one girl) who are easygoing, enjoy the occasional chat or meal together, but also respect everyone’s space. The bathroom is shared with one of them, as the other has their own.

The flat has a comfy living room, a well-equipped kitchen, and a balcony — perfect for a coffee in the morning or a drink in the evening. It’s about a 10-minute walk to Edgware Road Station, with loads of shops, cafes, and bus routes nearby.

Bills aren’t included in the rent and usually come to around £150–200 per month per person. Move-in date is 20th September.
