The room is considerably large (16 square metres) and benefits from having a king-size Ottoman bed with under bed storage, a couch and many cupboards.

Heating and hot water are included and the new tenant will benefit from having his/her bathroom.

The walls are very thick so the soundproofing is quite good.

The building has a porter that is available 24/7, as well as bike storage located at ground level.

The neighbourhood has plenty of shops and it is very well connected through public transport - even though many important areas of London are within walking distance.

You will be sharing the flat with me and I am looking for someone clean, considerate and fairly sociable as it would be nice to have a good atmosphere in the flat.

I am currently working in M&A and I will be working from the office 3/4 days a week. I am looking to share the flat with another working professional.
