I am an easy going professional, work a lot but also like socializing, networking, interesting discussions over a glass of wine, reading and travelling as much as I can. I appreciate both privacy and "home" experience.

The market prices for 2 bed apartment rentals in that development is around 4000pm, so it is a good price.
