King size bedroom with private bathroom and plenty of storage. Furniture to include a double bed with mattress, bedside tables, table lamp and armchair. The rest of the furniture is mine, but this can potentially be negotiated. The room has a large private bathroom with storage behind the mirrors. There is also a built in four-wing wardrobe with integrated lighting. The room overlooks a beautiful internal garden and is very quiet. I have a video of the room available upon request.

Currently the property is occupied by me and two girls, both professionals working in Canary Wharf.

The rent shown includes all bills (council tax, electricity, gas, water, broadband). Move in date is very flexible so just let me know what works for you best and I am sure we can come to an agreement. The room will be available on short term basis. The current contract will end 4th September.

Wapping is a charming and quiet area with a few small parks within a short walking distance from the development. It is very close to central London, 20 minutes walk to Tower Bridge/Tower Gateway/St. Katharine`s Docks and 30 minutes walk to Canary Wharf. There is a number of great local stores, restaurants, pubs and a large Waitrose 15 minutes walk away.

DLR - Shadwell - 10 min. walk
Overground - Wapping station - 3 min. walk
Bus - 100/D3 - just outside the building

The Landlord is great and always very quick to respond to any maintenance queries. The tenancy progression will most likely be done via Foxtons, however once you move in you will deal with the landlord directly. )
