• The shared toilet/bedroom is only shared with the landlords (married couple)
• The landlords also stays in the flat but in different room (lounge area) with a divider
• There will be a total of 3 persons in the flat
• No pets, No smoking
• Optional cleaning and changing of linen service but not included with the monthly rent.

There are house rules to follow such as:

• Limiting noise from 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM
• One(1) visitor at a time. If the visitor will stay over night, it will require consent from the landlords
