Room in a Shared Flat, Navis House, E14

After almost four years living together, my flatmates have decided to buy a new home together, so Pickles (the dog) and I are looking for someone new to move in!

The available room is a good size double and can come with or without the bed and of the other furniture shown in the picture. You'll have near-exclusive use of the main flat bathroom as my room is en-suite. The flat has a large shared living space/kitchen (with all the usual facilities) and a huge private terrace, which overlooks Bartlett Park. You also get free use of the residents' gym.

The flat has good access to transport links in Zone 2 - less than 10 minutes walk from either Westferry or Langdon Park DLR stations or 20 minutes from Canary Wharf underground for Jubilee line (and eventually Elizabeth line).

The rent and bills are shared equally between two (we can come to an arrangement if you're a couple). Basic utilities and council tax are in the region of £125-150pcm each and I usually share the cost of a cleaner if you're interested. The landlord is Fizzy Living who have always been a great no-nonsense landlord.  

The room is available from January 2020 onwards - my outgoing flatmates may be able to be flexible on the exact dates.
