This apartment is perfect for anyone looking to get a taste of London with excellent transport links into the centre and all around this city. The flat benefits from a beautiful living / kitchen area, and two bathrooms each with their own shower. There currently 3 people living in the flat at the moment, all of which are professionals. The jobs we work are accountant, council worker and data entry specialist, and all of us work 9 to 5 jobs. This means that we would prefer someone who works similar times to us, just so that we don’t have problems with someone staying up late and making noise while the rest of us have work the next day. This doesn’t mean however that we are completely opposed to students.

Our current situation is that the 4th flatmate is looking to move out of the flat on October 2nd. This means that we are looking for someone to take his place and sign on to our lease until the end of it’s contract which is April 5th 2020. Other things of note are the bills which come to around £65 a month, but this can vary. We are also looking for you put down a deposit of £542 when signing onto our lease.
