The flat is bright and in a lovely neighbourhood (the neighbours are fantastic). You would be sharing with two other professionals, a woman and a man, in their mid-20s.

The available room is £600 PCM (bills not included, but usually come to around £100 for everything, per person).

The room is available from 01 September 2022 under a joint tenancy agreement.

It's 30 seconds walk from a beautiful park - Gladstone Park - where we often go running and/or for picnics.

The flat is really close to Willesden Green Tube (about a 12-minute walk). It can come as part furnished or furnished upon request. Flat is very close to a range of supermarkets, restaurants and more!

 The flat will be professionally cleaned before the new tenant moves in.

A £600 deposit (which will be held with TDS) is required.
