Spacious double bedroom available in a flatshare in the Olympic Village. The room comes with a comfy double bed, wardrobe, slim chest of drawers and two bedside tables.

You’ll be living with two girls in their late 20s who work Monday to Friday and looking for someone who respects the flat as well as being keen to socialise in the flat and at the many bars and restaurants in the neighbourhood!

The flat has floor to ceiling windows throughout and is bathed in light (when the sun is shining!)

You will share the bathroom with only one other girl (the third bedroom is en-suite).

The kitchen has plenty of cupboard space with a built in fridge / freezer / dishwasher and there is a washer dryer in a separate cupboard in the hallway.

The communal space is large and has two sofas, a big TV and a dining table. There’s also have a large balcony with an outside table and chairs and views over the communal gardens and down onto Victory Parade itself.

It’s under a 5 minute walk to Stratford International station, and 10 minutes to Stratford which will get you almost anywhere you need to go. You’ll also have the Olympic Park and all the facilities on your doorstep - and Westfield as well!

The management company will carry out checks before you move in - and as a result there is no deposit to pay which is pretty rare! Bills come to about £80pp - less in summer and are split equally between the housemates.
