Hi there! There is a lovely furnished double room available in my flat in Brockley for a long term lease around 12 months. Move in date 1st of May but you can also move in anytime from now.

The room is furnished with a bed, chest of drawers, and rail. The rent is £650 a month (excluding bills at around £200 but during summer will be less). The council Tax Band is C.

The flat is on the first floor and has access to the large leafy communal garden. There is one bathroom again with beautiful views of the garden. There is a lovely living room/dining room complete with a television. The kitchen includes washing machine, fridge, and oven and gas hob.

I'm a freelance theatre director, I enjoy watching films, listening to music, reading and hiking. I love nature and enjoy going for long walks in different parts of London.

I'm looking for someone, organized, clean and tidy, who can share the responsibilities of the house whilst also enjoying one another's company. I enjoy watching films and going out so looking for someone who would like to hang and is chill and easy going overall.

I may sometimes need to catsit for my parents, so needs to be someone who is ok with cats (they are very cute)
