It's literally 2 min away from Baker Street station (W1U 5BS) where u have 5 tube lines crossing, tons of buses day & night to everywhere, not that u need them much cuz u can basically walk anywhere quite easily. ;) Tons of cute shops, cafes, and restaurants are around, and Regent Park is 5 minutes away on foot, Hyde Park 15-20 min. 

😇House deets
I'll be going on a long-term business trip until July, so I'm looking for someone who'd sublet in the meantime. (Move in & out date flexible, preferably from early Jan until late July. Can be extended) The house will be shared with such a sweet, smart, clean, and kind roommate who works in the arts. He works at a gallery in Mayfair 10 am-6 pm, so the house is all yours during the day! 

🏠Room 
It's fully furnished with a bed with a closet, 2 drawers, a side table, a desk, and an en-suite bathroom just for yourself. The kitchen is also fully furnished with an oven/microwave, freezer, refrigerator, dishwasher, and an induction cooktop. We have a washer/dryer and full heating. The building gets cleaned every week. 

👾Price
It will be 650 GBP per week + utilities (80-130 pp/m for internet, water, gas, and electricity). 

I've been living here for the last 3 years and have loved it more than any of the 40 other places I've looked at - it is really the best one I found for this price in terms of location, quality of the facilities, safety, and all!
