Room in a Shared Flat, Lucien Road, SW17

Hi there,
I'm looking for a young professional to move in and replace my current flatmate who's moving to Bristol. I'm an Architect, looking for someone creative to live with!
The flat is on the first floor a ten minute walk between both Tooting Bec and Tooting Broadway. Tooting common and Lido are both 5 mins away. There's a large balcony, where I have the odd BBQ with friends over the summer and a separate garden downstairs, with lockable shed for bikes.

The flat is large, airy and fully furnished. Your room is pretty huge, has a double bed, large wardrobe and your own bathroom.

I'm looking for someone who's working full time and someone creatively minded would be a great fit.  I like to cook, dinner parties are always welcome, or heading down to Tooting market / one of the many local pubs. 
I'm someone who needs to travel for work sometimes and can work late during the week, but always up for a pub quiz and pint when free.

Price includes all bills (Wifi, Heating, Water, Netflix, Amazon & a cleaner who comes round every two weeks). There is on street permit parking if you need.
