Room to rent in lower ground floor of an interior designed flat built in 2017. The space is comprised of two large bedrooms, a large bathroom with separate bathtub and walk-in shower, hall with storage and open plan kitchenette / dining / living room. The shared laundry room is situated on the same floor just outside the flat.  All bills including council tax, water, gas, electricity and internet are included in the rent.

The property is a gated semi-detached home with the flat annexed to the side of the home. There is an option to securely lock a motorcycle and store bikes. On-street parking is also available in the neighbourhood.

The available room has a double bed, large built-in wardrobes with drawers, desk, tv/internet connection and is bright and airy. 

The other room is occupied by our German nanny, a 29-year-old education student from Berlin (female). We are seeking a student or young professional. We prefer non-smokers, however, would make an exception for the right fit.

We prefer a 12 month tenancy, but are flexible for the right tenant.
