Room in a Shared Flat, London, SW9

As I am moving abroad, I am looking for a new tenant to take my room from end of April. Ideally 26th April onwards but I can be out earlier if you need a room earlier.

This is a 2-bed flat so you would be joining my lovely housemate Lucile (27 years old), who has been living here for nearly a year now. You would get a double bedroom and your own bathroom, and shared spaces are the kitchen/diner/lounge and a sunspace. The building is not even 4 years old yet, so everything is in very good condition! Cleaner comes every 2 weeks :)

1st floor flat, fully furnished. 5 mins walk from Brixton station, 10-15mins to Stockwell Station. Very close to O2 Academy, Brixton Village and all the restaurants, bars and clubs. Sainsbury's, M&S, Lidl, Tesco's nearby. Easy commute into central London.
Profile we are looking for: 25-35 years old / young professional, female flatmate would be preferred! No students please
£950 per month for the room, plus bills & cleaner costs. Deposit (6weeks of rent) and tenancy agreement will be organised by our letting agent.
Room available from 26th April 2019.
