The large double room and bathroom are across the top floor of this 3 bedroom maisonette. There is plenty of storage and a king size bed with storage underneath. There is ample space in the room for a desk if you WFH.
With a cleaner, who takes care of the whole flat, it's a great place with no arguments over who's turn it is to clean!
We are located just off Queenstown Rd, close to the bars, restaurants and shops of Lavender Hill and Clapham Junction. With many local bus routes and trains to Waterloo and Victoria within 10 mins.
The flat has 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms over 2 levels.
The kitchen / dining area has concertina doors that open out onto a roof terrace - a real sun trap. There is a lovely living room with TV etc (please message for more videos/pictures).
We are 2 professionals (not a couple 😂), who like to go out at weekends but also appreciate a calm living space, especially during the week. We are looking for someone we get along with and can have the occasional drink or outing with 🥂.
