My lovely flatmate (and best friend) is moving out for a new adventure.
So I am looking for someone as lovely as her to take over her room in a new, modern and well kept two bed room flat in a quite and well connected area: Brockley.
Lets start with the transportation (everyone in London has a busy life and a good commute helps to avoid useless stress)
LOCATION:
The house is:
10 MIN by train from London bridge
8 MIN by walk from Brockley station (Overground)
5 min by walk from St John station (Southeastern)
10 min by bus to Lewisham Shopping Centre & Lewisham station (DLR)
ABOUT THE FLAT:
The room is available in a two bedroom modern flat located in a really nice and quiet area with several supermarkets around (Sainsbury 10 minutes walk, Tesco 5 minutes walk, Asda 15 minutes walk/5 min by bus)
The kitchen/living room is big and bright. The kitchen is fully equipped (fridge, washmachine, cooking utensils, etc.) the bathroom is modern with a brand new glass shower.
The bedroom is bright and spacious with a comfortable bed. There is not much furniture since we are the first tenants occupying the flat after the refurbishment. the rooms comes with bed, shoes closet, clothes rail. However you are free to add all the furniture you need!
The flat has a lovely shared garden, perfect for summer breakfasts!
The parking around the flat is free

I am Italian, I work in the fashion industry, and I am in charge of the online business. I work from 9 to 19ish mon-fri. I travel a lot for my job.
I am curious and open to explore and find always something new to do in this city ( i moved here in London almost 1 year ago so still pretty fresh!)
i am tidy and organised, when there is order in my life I fee that half of problems are sorted out! :)
LOOKING FOR SOMEONE:
i am looking fo someone who besides being a flatmate is also a friend. Someone i can have a chat with and share some time in the house together.
preference: female professional ( working from Mond to Friday), clean, tidy, chattable!
BORING BUT IMPORTANT STUFF:
- moving in date (unfortunately not flexible): Jan 21st 2020
price per month: 810 pound (includes council tax)
- two years regular contract ( contract takeover of the new tenant, taking the place of the exiting tenant)
- bills are excluded but they come around 30 pound per person per month
- the landlord is lovely and really responsive for anything concerning the house
- needed payslip/contract as proof in order to step up in the contract
