Spacious room with private ensuite bathroom & juliet balcony in Kennington Oval. Available in a spacious duplex with 1 other flatmate (M, late 20s): I'm moving out so you'd be taking over my spot. I'd prefer to do a lease transfer (lease ends July 2027) to a single tenant - note that by the Renter's Act, from May you can break lease at any time by giving 2mo notice. I'm also open to subletting on a minimum 3-6 month basis.

Room - 235 sq ft

Desk/chair/monitor, bedding, rugs, and rotating shelf do not come with the room, but everything else does!

Council tax band E. Also has wonderful acoustics - it's a great space for hosting or or enjoying music / movement / art. There's construction outside the flat on weekdays, typically 8:30am-4pm. It can be pretty loud, so may not be ideal if you don't own headphones and WFH during those hours.


Area - The flat is located optimal walking access to central London - 6min to Northern line, 10min to Victoria line, National Rail. The street itself is feels quiet and safe, however. Within a 10 minute walk is Kennington Park, a Tesco Superstore, and plenty of diverse restaurants & cafes. Within a 20 minute commute, you can be in most parts of central London: Westminster, SoHo, Waterloo, etc.
